Is everyone's Jimny registered as a 5 seater?

Hey guys,

Looking at my registration papers I see that my 99 Jimny is actually registered as having a seating capacity of 5. As there are only 4 seats, and more to the point only 4 seat belts I was just wondering if everyone else had the same on their registration?

What does it say on your build plate/compliance plate?

The compliance plate in the engine bay says seats 4.

My hardtop sierra has 5 seats on the rego papers as well........

I was thinking if finding a tiny bench seat for the front so I can take all 3 kidlets for a drive...

or you could just do this. That way all five people can be seated
