Hey guys.

May be a simple question but I've got an exhaust leak coming from the front exhaust spring section.

Is there a gasket in there that I can replace?? Anyone done it before??

When I put my extractors on I wanted to replace that gasket(yes there is one) but could'nt find one the same shape from a parts store or exhaust place. No doubt suzuki wouldve had one but I didn't want to wait or pay it so I used an exhaust sealer goo tube thingo and it worked fine

You obviously had to undo the bolts etc and split it to exhaust goo it up?? I tried undoing but it is ridiculously tight

Mine were rusted into the bolt... Had to cut them off, if you do decide to cut them off be careful of the spring as it will rocket off with the bolt once it's cut.

Yeah I soaked all my bolts in wd40 overnight. From memory the gasket is flat on the manifold side and domed on the cat side.

Although, yours may be different being older and smaller?
