Hey guys I have a 95 LWB Vitara and am torn between both lift and tyre choice. I was originally considering a 2" lift and 30x9.5 tyres, but everyone seems to run atleast a 3" lift with these tyres. Is there anyone out there running 30s with a 2" lift and no issues or are 235s the limit. I am not interested in a body lift, just suspension lift. Cheers |

Can be done with 2", you might need to changed ur bumpstops (screw in extensions avail) How big they are depends on what rims you use. |

To properly clear 235/75r15 on an SE series Vit you will need bump stop spacing and adjustment of the steering stops as a minimum. Lift alone will not do the job. |

Im running 235/75/15 M/T's with no spacers or suspension changes. I haven't been off road yet, but I do get rubbing on full lock (only) in reverse. I would go with the 2" lift minimum, and the spacer would make a difference off road for sure. |

i think the question here should be... how much bumpstop do i need to add to run "X" size tyres and will i need to trim anything spring lift alone wont stop tyres rubbing... when the suspension cycles it will still move through the standard range and stil rub... you want to use bumpstops and triming to eliminate rubbing, then figure out how much up travel you want and order springs and shocks to suit |

40 mm bs spacer will clear the back of a lwb with short shocks around 500ish With 640 long shocks I needed 70mm |
