are g16b engine able to have a 3mm bore increase or will that sacrifice its overall integrity too much? Im just interested as in the old days suzisport advertised 1750cc piston kits which now dissapeared. 3mm oversize will give 1720cc |

Piston crown dimensions will not alter the swept volume. 3mm over is a fair wack! I have no idea how thick the liners in them are. |

Rod length also will not make any difference in the capacity as the stroke is determined by the crank throw and the rod just relays that. |

I think it's because so many "stroker kits" come with new rods and humans have a tendency to make up their own links between causation and correlation: "Increased engine capacity needed new rods, therefore new rods increase engine capacity.", or something like that. |

At 3mm there would be no gasket left between the cylinders when my motor bloke looked in to it |

I know the head gasket is 77mm so did you make a new one and impression or opinons on this setup? losfer wrote: haha d , its n0madic from redline , thought i seen questions about the apv engine etc in 2 places...
