This is what i found when i took the housing off the thermostat, where the rest went i don't know but would like to know if they have replacements maybe from suzuki or aftermarket 1's or whether or not early sierra or samauri thermo's would fit.

I found an 86 samuari thermo that looks similar but not sure if its a bit bigger in size
