Anyone in perth, Western Australia done the spoa conversion to there sierra?
And is it legal? Can it be engineered ? And if so how much?

U dont need more than 31"s to drive any track in perth and you certainly dont need spoa
My understanding is that now it is illegal i believe aliens was the last one passed years ago.

Under the new legislation you can't engineer 31's on a Sierra, nor can you engineer a SPOA due to the amount of lift it gives.

You'd have to have a good read of the VSB14 and NCOP that WA operates under and do some maths to figure it out, but i believe the largest tyre you can engineer on sierra diffs is 29" - however i also believe you can make the argument that the stockman ran 9.0r16's or whatever they were (basically a 30" tyre i believe?) and base your increase off that. But you'd be setting a precedent and they dont like it when people do that.

Your best bet is to go through Transports list of engineers and see if any are interested in liaising with you... The guy who engineered mine doesn't do 4wds anymore because its too hard now.
