Anyone running these in their sierra? How are they holding up? what size tyres are you running on them?

Plenty of talk around about these, but not many first hand reports

Yeah, i've got a set of these in my zook... havn't been in for long... i've only done 2 trips with them installed. They are supposed to handle upto 35 inch tyres. I'm running Simex Jungle Trekker 2's 33 x 11.5 x 15's and it feels strong in the frontend... I had them installed because i wanted to run an air-locker in the front with some serious BIG tyres. So, it's all good so far, but time will tell... I havn't heard or read anything bad about them yet, so i'd say it's a pretty safe insurance policy against front end breakages...

had good reports from fronts.......................but bad stuff from rears.

a lot of it seems to come down to set up, t/case only gears versus diff gears.( for rears that is)

I have had mine installed for nearly 12 months and have given it a hiding with 33" MT117's and now with 32" Simex Centipedes.
6.5:1 transfer & 3.9:1 diff gears, ARB locker in front too.
No dramas at all. Very happy with them. :D

Are these a direct bolt in or do they have different splines?

26 spline, same as rears, so need to change side gears in front carrier, or install a whole rear diff 3rd member into the front. worth the effort.
