Just went for a wheel got home and found a disconected front diff breather. Just droped arround 2 l of white oil out
Should I throw a full shot of fresh oil through as a flush or is it better to chuck some kerro through quickly first?. Its mudy grotty bloody water tooImage

If you can afford to have it pulled apart, I'd drop the centre and clean it properly.... Alternatively, you could run some fresh oil in it tomorrow and replace it again after your to and from work trip for example. There's no saying the bearings aren't rooted already, especially with the colour of that water :(

Good luck bro... Been there and luckily got away with just a few oil changes. Hope it's the same for you!

Do a couple of oil changes first, worth the gamble especially since you got on top of the problem so fast

pretty sure like most of the other jimny's, they do the hose into a hose onto what was left of the original diff breather trick.

Yep hose to a hose. But must have been caught on something serious to rip it off as it was sicaflexed on and hose clamped and still csme off the breather port.

Anyway sprayed oil in using a squirty bottle. Washed some of the bad oil out then filled it and went for a spin. Droped it while it was hot and it looked much more like oil but still a little milky. Refilled and tomorrow arvey ill buy more oil and drop it againImage

I did about 4 changes of oil in mine when the same thing happened. If you caught it early it probably won't do any damage. Just keep replacing until the oil comes out normal. As you say lock the front hubs in 2WD and drive around for a day then drop it and refill.
