think red is power IE from ACC when ignition is on ....and yellow is power all the time ,for memory ect so your radio dont forget stations buy a test light from auto store and probe wires

Ok so look for a wire that has power when ignition is off and conect yellow wire to it .

Conect red wire to power wire that is only on when ignition is on

That correct ?

Yes that's correct, most aftermarket stereos are wired like that. A handy multimeter will be your friend.

A simple test light is all you need to find your ACC power for radios.

Put the clip end to earth wire, touch pointy bit on the one you want to test (first with key off, then with key on ACC).
