Hey guys! Just finished my G16b conversion in my Zook It's idling around 1500rpm at a constant level Yes I've searched this Is there anyone around brisbane that tunes these so I can lower the rpms? |

You don't need a tune, you need to find the idle screw and adjust it, or find the leak that is letting air into the intake manifold. |

Tried that screw mate And there's no leaks, look for that also |

Hmm well you cant tune the ecu or anything. You can make sure the intake air control valve is working correctly? Sometimes they get blocked up. Have you bled the coolant system properly? |

Oh ok Yeah I have I pulled it apart yesterday and cleaned it up, I may have to do that again, I pulled the hose off the outlet side of it and heaps of water smashed out of it so it can't be blocked |

It's only running extractors ATM with no 02 sensor in them yet, would that matter? |

If you are not using the donor cars dash then you might not be seeing it throw a code for the o2 sensor. It is a vital part of the EFI and emissions system. |

I don't run a o2 sensor in my g16b. I have the CEL hooked up and it doesn't come on - it idles at 1000rpm. Is your throttle cable adjusted correctly? |
