Mines probably fairly close to the right proportions for a winch car. If the front arms were flipped back to the conventional orientation it would have enough front compression travel for that application.
It's a GREAT DEAL of work.

You'll be going as fast and it will be just as important that the car is strong and handles properly. Compliance with road rules is as easy as building soundly, using compliant bushes, limiting overall height and ensuring handing is sound. That's not in conflict with your plans.
