So I'm looking for someone to make me one of these.
I'd do it myself but I dont own a welder or plasma cutter.
If you can, Please let me know how long it would take and how much.
Prefer Brisbane area, but not necessary.
If in Brisbane I'm happy to come to you to measure it up.
I currently have one that I made but it's not holding up.

No, It needs to be raised 50mm & extented 50mm, not enough room for slotting.

I used the electric snot gun & glued some flat bar to the original mount & then chopped & redrilled it so it sat up higher. It's not the best pic...... I also had to make clearance for the wiper arm, I reckon I could get a 33" on it now.

I would be worried about the extra weight on the door. I know what going from a std rim and tyre to a S/R and a 235x75x15 Muddy that makes the door know it is on there.JMO

Thanks Westie.
I have had it on there for a while now and the door is doing ok, its the extention that I have on there at the moment thats the problem.
It only has 2 fixing points, not 3, which is causing the flex and hence the extra stress on the door.

yes moving it out 50mm and lifting it will cause a lot of extra stress and over time you may start to tear the mount off the door Zooks are not known for the body panel thicknesses. With the closing mainly the skin will flex a fair bit. Good Luck with it..
