Hi everyone
Just wanted to know what is the better auto locker the spartan or the lock rite. in terms of strength reliability and I've heard of people's lockers staying engaged. just after the pros and cons of them I had a lock rite in my old Sierra but just wondering h what everyone else's thoughts were

Lockrite any day of the week. Spartans all seem to be loud and harsh, my lockrite is almost silent and drives quite well.

I think the spartan is slightly stronger as the pins are more durable. They take a while to bed in quiet down for some people and for some not at all it seems.

It may be wise to order some spare pins for the lockrite when you order it and you will covered in case you snap them, and have the quieter locker.

Had both, found Spartan easier to instal.
Like the stronger pins on Spartan.
Spartan needed a pin/spring change after 5 years.
Lockright was the same.
I like both for function.
Mine took time to bed in and work quiet.

Compared to a lockrite my spartan is very un-enjoyable
I would never buy another one
