Has anyone fitted a jerry can carrier to the rear of a vit 4 door? |

As well as your spare wheel ?? I'd be concerned of the extra weight on the hinges etc. |

That might be a problem, but should be alright when the door is closed as long as the door is adjusted so there is not too much movement. It is only a thought at this stage, but I have seen Patrols with a jerry fitted on a door. No tyre to add weigh, but still must add weight to the hinges. |

Patrol doors and hinges are made from thicker and stronger material than a suzuki's which explains why they weigh over 2 times more than a Suzuki. |
