Went for a night drive with rpm last night and I heard a bang then rear was single spinning.... At first I thought another rear axel... But when I drove home it wasn't making any noise what's so ever! Is it possible it has sheared the bolts near the back wheel? ( I thought I would loose the whole tyre out if it did that)? Or I thought maybe its takin the splines out of the spool and the axel is just spinning in there?( would still hear a noise)? Any ideas are welcome! I will find out when I pull it apart but it's just making me think what it could be? Haha Cheers |

It can only be a broken axle or stripped splines. If the drum retaining studs stripped the wheel would fall off. |

Yeah that's what I thought to.... Just weird there is no unusual sound at all.... Last time I I made it to 20ks the noise and shaking made you stop... |

Well the splines are off the axel but seems to look like the axel wasn't in the spool very far.... So I'm guessing its takin splines out of the spline too! Will rip it all apart tomorow arvo when I get home from work |
