2001 grand vitara 4 clyinder auto
I'm not really liking the gearing on my new vitara, I need to put new tyres on the car and I'm wanting to put on my 225 70 16's that I've already got . I just want the car to be a bit more zippy around town and more revvy on the high way, it's currently revving at 2900.
What would I be revving at, at 100kmh with the 5.12 diffs in? What diffs has this car got, 4.8 or 4.6? Do I need the whole diff housing and brackets from a 94 model to put the 5.12 diffs in?
I've already put on manual locking hubs
I've got a pair of 94 model vitara manual diffs, I think they are 5.12

Well I have put on the tyres and it is just about the same drive, haven't been up to 100 yet. feels good and handles better.
