I'm selling a g16b just wondering what parts need to go with the motor. The metal plate that's sits in between the gearbox and block, do you need that ? Vitara skinny starter motor is needed? Auto wiring- what wiring do I need to keep if I'm doing an auto conversion later on? Thanks Doug |

Just sell the motor and manifolds etc if you dont want it. However, motor isnt worth very much without the loom and ecu package. Keep the flex plate and little spacer block on the crank shaft Keep the starter Does the vit have a tcm (transmission control module) or is it combined in the ecu? Early vits have a tcm, later vits ecu and tcm were combined. This will dictate what you need to keep. If you're lucky you'll need to pick out the auto parts of the loom for the tcm and auto. If its combined it'll probably be too much a pita to meld to a jimny ecu, unless a jimny auto ecu can run an aw4, or you can find a standalone vit tcm. |

Yes it is all joined together Is it hard to find a standalone vit tcm? If he buys the killer custom already done wiring loom would he need to use parts off the original wiring loom? Or would he just need the ecu ? Can you separate the tcm out of the ecu? Thanks for your help |
