Post subject:  Improving harsh ride

right so I let my tyres down to20psi didn't make much difference.so what do I do now to stop the ..hard and stiff ride.softer leaf spring or softer shocks. when I bought the car the guy put new shocks on all round cant stand the hard and stiff ride. thanks

You get used to it after a few weeks. :)

I've got King springs with most of the leafs pulled out, slipper pads and spacer plates added with Gabriel shocks and it rides better than most cars. Has hilarious body roll though.

Go with a set of comfort spec Old Man Emu leafs, they have the best ride of the readily available aftermarket springs. They will be around $600. Then play with shocks if you aren't happy with it.

A decent thread title would be great for any future people looking for answers to a similar question... That would improve the ride quality of this thread ten fold.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Nice concise thread title helps everyone out. Here's another tip though, once you've written the title, put it into search. Odds are, based on the stuff you're currently asking, you'll get your answer there.
