So can anyone tell me how to get the damn coil out...... I am trying to change the spark plugs in my V6 GV and on top of the plug is an electric coil with a long rubber tube which slides over the plug. I can get the coil off but I cant get long rubber tube out.....Anyone know how to get it out? Please help.... |

the should be connected, the probe pushes onto the coil pack thingo. I've replace the probes on my j20a & they are pretty hard to separate. the lager round "seal" you should be able to grab onto....... it's something like this? http://www.suzistore.com.au/shopexd.asp?id=1374 |

Hmmmmmm.....The old Grab and pull trick hey.....Started with that, followed by the grab, pull and twist, followed by the grab, pull, twist and try levering with the old screw driver trick, Then I tried the WD-40, still no go, it is obviously stuck on the spark plug, and there lies the problem. |

Maybe if you keep twisting it anticlockwise it will unscrew the little cap off the plug.... |

So today I was deciding, do I just leave it or do I go....Stuff it, just yank it out and if you wreak it, just buy a new one.......so it's amazing what an, OH STUFF IT attitude will do for you. All Fixed. |
