Post subject:  Sierra oil Capacity
Hello, i need to know what oil Capacity my Suzuki Sierra Sj70 i think the engine is a, Ga13BA

When i bought it i thought it had no oil in it, i did an oil change, the local car parts place said 2.5ltr or 3.5ltr of oil (i think cant remember to preoccupied with things) and did that and still didnt come up on the dipstick.

So im also wondering if i have the wrong dipstick, so could people tell me what length in mm mine has to be or where to get the right one or if im putting not enough oil in.

Engine oil capacity should be around 4L for the G13's

My Sierras have always taken about 4L on an oil change.

3.5 litres is just the sump. Add 500ml for filter and other bits that pool oil.

Castrol netlube is a good reference page.
