| Post subject: | JML or Joeblow RIPOFF! Help! |
PLEASE! Can someone help me. Last APRIL (yes 2014 April) I committed to buy a Sierra rear floater kit from JML products/Joeblow. His account details were sent to me and I sent the money to him along with address etc. After a few pm's backwards and forwards abouts laser cutters and this problem and that problem, I haven't heard anymore. I have tried to contact him via pm on here and also his facebook page to which both have been ignored. I have previous msgs from him. The money transfer statement/receipt everything. I can't just drop around and see him as I'm in NSW. All I want now is my money back. It's been wayyyyyyy to long. If someone can give me a direct contact number for him or some other way if contact that would be great or even better if you know him personally get him to give me my money back or reply! Absolute dog act so far. $650 is not money I usually throw around. Any help is appreciated. Cheers. josh. |

I bought the JML full floater and front axle upgrade kit off him as well. I did receive all my parts however I have had the same experience as you regarding contacting him through pm, message and facebook although I see he is active on his facebook page but not responsive to my messages. I have not fitted my products yet, I am sure they are great quality and will make a difference however I had messaged him for a bit of help as to sending me a few details on the other parts required (I managed to source some pintara wagon calipers I just wanted to confirm they were right as he said he had photos to email me of the correct ones) mainly some links to sierra CVs to make sure they are right before I spend my money but no replies are forthcoming. Joe if you do read this thread and would like to get in contact with me so I can do my install please pm me, reply to the message I left you on facebook or call me back (as we have spoken by phone). Even better would be if you yourself can post a 'sticky' thread with details of the steps and parts required to installing your rear full floater as well as your front axle upgrades. Just so the people who buy your products have a reference as to what to do as I am sure some of them are like me - mechanically minded and capable with the right instructions, but not the ingenuity of yourself and some of the others on here to peice it all together without some laymens instructions. |

I know his designs end up going to Uneek4x4. Not sure if he's working there full time or not. But it could be a good place for you to start looking. Give them a call |

Yeah I can see he is active on facebook also. Just frustrating. Good to see you got your gear. Hopefully it all goes good getting it together. I got nothing but an empty wallet. |

Give them a call That's the next stop. I didn't really want to involve his work place if I didn't have to. But if it gets to that I will. Thanks for the help. |

JML is separate to Uneek4x4. joe's bar/exterior/ body work designs went to Uneek4x4, but the drive train line comes out of his shed. |

I was just giving the pointers as if he really is that desperate to get hold onto him, (specially when there is a fair amount of money already involved), and can't find a way to get hold of him, uneek could be a place were they could be able to give more details like a direct email address?. or if he works there full time could be even a matter of "hi, can I speak to Joe?...-sure just let me transfer you..." not saying to go into the ".....hes a rippppoooffff he owes me moneeeyyyyyy aaahhhgggg!!!!...." as that could shit his job.... Just be polite and just ask his details to contact as you are an old customer of his from JML and you lost his card/phone number/etc and got some questions blah blah etc etc |

Yeah thanks for the help fellas. Really appreciate it. Who knows. A mystery package may turn up on my doorstep. I'm not out to start fights etc not the Intention, More or less just want money back or if that can't be done the product. Bertzook, for sure. If I was to ring his work there would be nothing said to compromise his job etc that's for sure . Not that type of person. Thanks again for the help fellas |

I would be calling UNEEK 4X4 where he currently works and ask to be put on the phone with him. He hasn't really left you any other choice if he's dodging all your other attempts to get in contact with him. |

If you get no results, then get all your friends and family to do it daily. Every 35min or so. |

In regards to Xtreme You bought the kit knowing you had to install it yourself, and work a few things out. Its similar to a few kits from the states etc There is his drawings about to help the assembly I would assemble the hub, backing plates etc and put the rotor on and then test fit the calipers? |

Hi Jd, I am happy to fit it myself, he had told me he would send photos of the correct calipers (but I have just winged it and got a pair that fit the description) he also supplied a link to an online store to purchase the correct CV from which did not have any that he described, my question to him was if he could look at the link I supplied for another online store and tell me if those CV would fit also. He also did not send me the handbrake bracket which he said he would and I was chasing that up also. All I am saying is it is pretty poor not to reply to a customer - no matter how busy you are, although it seems he still has time to post things on facebook - to get your product fitted correctly. The last time I spoke to him I even said I would get a pre production CAP locker and supplied my email to sign the non disclosure agreement as required and still he never got back to me. All I want is to get an answer to some simple questions that would let me purchase the correct additional parts so that I can do the install. |

Hand brake parts were always supplied by BenT. CVs are easy enough to come by. And if you PM me with an essay of a question, and i respond to it you better respond to what Ive written. It comes off as rude mate. Joe is slow and annoy to get in contact with, but going by the amount of people who still buy his stuff his doing something right. |

Are the CVs the 25 spline chromo ones? If so, you should be able to get them though tanshi. |

sideways wrote: Are the CVs the 25 spline chromo ones? If so, you should be able to get them though tanshi. These were the ones I think I had to get - I am running 25/26 spline on the front end to a Vitara Stub and Hub Assembly http://wheelersoffroad.com/product/empi ... -cv-joint/ I just wanted to make sure they are correct - I dont know if they come in different lengths or anything like that I got told EMPI 25/26 spline CV's |

So lowrange sell the cv's individually? Lst time i looked they only sold them in the kit but i could have missed it elsewhere. |
