Whats the best way to remove 02 sensor that is stuck in exhuast manifold? |

Cut the end off the sensor and get a 6 point socket over it and a breaker bar after running the engine for a minute to heat the manifold. That's the method which worked for me after using a ring spanner failed. |

Try HEAT (lots) and vice grips |
