Ive been searching for a while cant find anything just finished putting a g16b out of a vitara (distributer type) into my jimny and just trying to hook up an aftermarket tacho can anyone tell me wich wire on the coil to get signal from |

Its the positive wire of the coil.. From reading threads on this and other forums i have seen posts saying the sierra tacho wont work.. I dont know if its fixable or not |

Pretty sure OP is wanting to use an aftermarket tacho. cant say for sure for jimnys/vitaras (as i assume you used that loom) but in a sierra, tacho positive is a brown wire. possibly the same for jimny/vitara? |

Sierra tacho works fine with g16b vit, doesnt work with coil pack baleno. Sierra is brown wire, iirc so too is the vit tacho wire. |
