Can some one tell me if there is match differents between jlx 1999 and jz 1998 thanks

Much difference?

It's just trim*. I think it's more likely the JX doesn't have power steering and I'd suggest most JLX's would have power steer, but I believe it was optional on either trim level.

I believe 1999 was still G13BB, so both years will be mechanically identical.

JX has vinyl floors, no central locking, manual windows from memory. Others might have more specific details.

jlx -power steering, power mirrors, power windows, remote central locking, avalable in auto or manual, Engine Immobilizer, Body Colour Bumpers and Roof Rails (north south facing as opposed to east west being roof racks)
Jx - less shit to break, manual only, keys are water proof, can wind up the windows with your hand instead of eletericity, which is handy when you are underwater.
