G'day everyone. Thoughts on the following from Jimnybits.uk. It's a tow point/Winch bracket so you can have a Winch installed and not have to install a bull bar.
My question is, would installing this interfere with the airbags functioning in an accident and would this part be totally non adr compliant EG, voiding insurance?
they may not effect the way the airbags work as they are g force sensored. but the will probably void insurance and almost eveyr thing these days does.

it will strengthen the front of your car, and will cause airbags to deploy in a frontal impact that would normally only crumple the front of your car. but a bullbar does this any way and if bull bars are adr complant then this should be too. if having a bull bar voids your insurence, then you need to burn down your insurers corporate office building.

Thanks for the replies. It wouldn't make the Winch protrude out the front much so I can't imagine it would be a problem for pedestrians like they say fishing rod holders are. Could airflow to the radiator at the front be a problem since the Winch blocks nearly all the space??
