Hey any one got a vid or step by step pictures to change sump ?

There's not really much to it. On my g13bb Jimny I just unbolt one side of the steering drag link and move a few other bits and pieces out the way then unbolt the sump. When reinstalling I use a g16 cork gasket and not sealant. I hate sealant and use gaskets wherever possible. I also coat my gaskets in grease before installing them as it prevents them baking on, makes removal easier if I need to and allows thicker and weaker gaskets like cork ones to move rather than tear as the bolts are tightened.

Unfortunately the Vits are a little trickier to do, they have a diff directly below the sump. It's not too bad to get the front diff out but it's hard to get a good seal (if using sealant) working upside down. It may just be easier to pull the engine out, especially if the head gasket is leaking.

Update on it wasn't the sump seal was front crank seal. Can't seem to get nut loose thou any trick? It it left or right thread?

Hi mate, should be a regular right hand thread, so to loosen it you would turn it anti-clockwise. The best way to loosen it is to get a long breaker bar or similar and put something like a tube on the end to extend it to get more leverage. To stop the crank from turning if its a manual, I put it in 5th with the handbrake on.

I've tried exactly as you said. Would rattle gun or heat do it or damage it

No worries, also drown the bolt in wd40, it makes a huge difference
