Okay all
Have recently fitted bruce's anti static rings (30mm front and 45mm back) to the Vitara and also got new 15mm offset sunraisias along with 30 inch mud tyres. Unfortunately not all is well and good as the first trip out I cut the two rear tyres up with the guard edges (DOH!!

). Once home I have taken to the guard edges rolling them up, but got thinking about the possibilities of lifting the car further without too many dramas. The front tyres also rub the mudflaps on full lock with minimal compression so they are gone for the moment too.
First option is body lift. The only options I have found is a 2 inch kit from suzisports and the numerous 3 inch box section jobs from the US. Does anybody know of any other local (Aus) options? I would only need to do 1 inch (25mm) at minimum, but can only find info on 2 or 3 inch options.
Second option is to replace my standard springs front and rear with lifted King springs and retain my anti static rings as well. Bit worried about this option as I have already had to fit camber bolts to the existing strut mounts as the camber was WAY out. I could only imagine that lifting it further would require replacement lower arms a'la calmini

.
Any of the experts around here got any other options? I heard once that doing a 1 inch bodylift is a piece of cake. Is this true or is it some rumour floating around??? and if it is doable, has anybody got some specs on the block sizes and whether internal crush tubes are required etc.
Many thanks for the help.
Cheers
