Im having issues with my carby on my F10A, i have a spare 1.3 carby here will i be able to use that carb to see if it fixes my issue?

No. 1.0 carb is side draft, 1.3 is downdraft, so you'd need significant manifold stuffing around to make it work.

IMHO the 1.0 carby is much easier to work with and superior off road to the 1.3 carby in any case.
