I installed a suzuki genuine towbar on the Jimny, but the muffler vibrates on it and it drives me up the wall. How do I fix this?

I've had the same problem, how did you solve yours?
I used a welding rod, hooked it round the chassis and the muffler bracket to limit the movement. The hangars were fine so it must just be having the bar there. Still bangs if I hit a bump justright though ><

I reached in there and pulled the rubber hanger back on the hanger bar that attaches to the chassis. It slid back slightly but I pulled it back further this time.. I want to cut the muffler out and just put a straight pipe instead

I have the same problem. The stock hangers alow too much movement, mine knocks the towbar mount.
The solution for me would be to change the hangers to a more solid setup and position them so the movement is limited towards the ways it can hit anything, but I have other grand ideas.
For you, it sounds like your muffler is touching it the cross brace all the time, you might be able to bend the hanger mounts in a way that adds enough tension to pull it away a bit better so at least it's not vibrating all the time.

Yeah, I pulled the mount tight and it doesn't vibrate as much
