I have an issue with my highbeam circuit. Lowbeam off everything is fine. Lowbeam on and the high beam dash light flickers now and again but high beam filiment does not light up in bulbs. High beam circut works fine when lowbeam on and pulling back on the stalk. Switch on spotlight isolater switch and pull back on stalk, the spotties stay on, the only way to turn them off is to use the isolater switch or turn the low beam off to parkers or pure darkness. Possibly it could be the stalk because when the blue light on dash flashes you can interrupt it by pulling back on the stalk. The weird part is when the lowbeam are on and i flick the spotties on without touching the high beam stalk switch, they stay on. |

Who wired the spotties? Has it had this issue for long? |

Spotties have been wired for a few years with no problems before. Just started to play up last night. |

Second the call to check the earths. get another bit of wire to the battery earth and check if it makes a difference. |
