Hi all...I had a quick look around but did'nt really find much info...does the M13A inlet manifold have smaller ports than the M18A inlet? I have a small flat spot with my jim and I am still running the M13A inlet manifold but I do have a M18A throttle body on and also made the TB diameter larger on the inlet using a Dremel to suit the larger TB. Most times it runs great but with snap open throttle it lags for approx 1-2 seconds before taking off and I was wondering if a port mis-match would cause this or perhaps lack of airflow? I also have a K&N filter but these filter housings are small so I am unsure? Any thoughts appreciated. Tanku |

Sounds like sensors/regulators related to fueling. Are you using the M13 ECU or an M18 ECU? check fuel pressure regulator and the vac lines running to it are you using aftermarket extractors? check O2 sensor is sitting deep enough in the exhaust flow or check/replace o2 sensor |
