Hi Guys I want to run these tyres which are on a 16 x 4.5 Lj Rim in the pics..

They are = 7.50-R16 Simex MP Trekker

However I want a Bit more stability..

what do you think guys?

Suzuki Stock man rims and Wheel Spacers?

OR aftermarket Custom Offset rims?

Hey Indy,

Might be a good idea to rethink the tyre size as this is a 32" tyre and you will have all sorts of dramas around the south east QLD as they would look the equivalent to a 35 on a 80 series.

Just my opinion anyway

cheers

I'm a fan of tall & skinny.
Early Ford F100 & CJ Jeeps ran the same stud pattern as the cars you list, suitable to run these 7.50x16 tyres, so might be worth looking around for some of those?
I ended up 'flipping' some early Ford F100 16x6" (had the hoops reversed on the centres) to get greater offset, to run Firestone SAT 7.50x16 on my LWB Sierra.
Companies down here do that sort of work for about $50-$65 a rim, but then if you end up sand blasting ($30 a rim) then priming & powder coating ($80 a rim) plus the cost of the rim on the 1st place ($30-50ea) - you end up with some pretty, but pretty expensive steel rims!.

ZUZUKI

Pics of your zook on 7.50's? :D

Yeah I am leaning towards getting Stock Man Wheels and changing the offset..

OR wheel Spacers...

I can recommend gecko wheels, they can custom make what you want. They aren't too dear either. I ordered a set of 16x6 -20 beadlock wheels for $205 a wheel which is very reasonable. That included powder coating in a choice of colors and you can pick the rim centre style too from a few different ones.
