How do I put a rev limiter on my g16a it's abit hotted up and I do t want to blow it up

Just so that you're aware of it - there are 8v G16A engines with throttle body injection, stating it's 8v doesn't mean it has a carb.

Your choices are, as Bretski has suggested, a block of wood, or, an aftermarket ignition system that can kill the spark.

Get a tacho with an adjustable shift light, run a relay off the shift light wire that cuts the lead to the coil when the light fires.

G16as are very famous for doing rods so it's best not to rev them into the redline.
