Vehicle: Suzuki Sierra 2 door hard top!

my 94 Suzuki Serra is been having horrible fuel mileage, I've been roughly getting 250 to 270km per 40l of fuel, my fuel filter seems to be fine I can't think what else to check... Anyone have any ideas on why this?
Mods? Roof racks, bullbar, lights, tyres etc all degrade fuel economy. What's in the car? Not full of extra stuff?
Vacuum leaks?
When my cat conv failed it partially blocked the exhaust. Pulling apart and shaking etc didnt clean it. It was down on power and economy for ages until i cut it open to modify it
If its cold and you dont have the warm air intake setup working, itll freeze itself and drink fuel. This used to annoy me heaps after I put the snorkel on.
If the choke/carby is playing up it can use a heap of fuel

I get 260km to a tank man, that's on bighorn 235/75/15 wheels on stock gearing with my lead fioot, my carbs way overdue for a rebuild too, try a tank of 98 it gets me an extra 40km to the tank
