Hey guys I am getting lockers fitted and need to fit my compressor, I have one of the little ARB locker only compressors. Just wondering were others have fitted them in the sq625 2.5?? I have dual batteries so no room on that side of engine bay and snorkel and abs don't leave much room on drivers side??? Any ideas?? |

Mine is under the bonnet next to the brake booster. Why no good under bonnet? |

The "under bonnet heat soak" means that the compressor will already be hot when you start airing up, so it will reach it's thermal cut off point that much sooner. |

I've got a smallish twin piston pump between the ABS valve block & strut brace - took a bit of jiggery pokery to make a bracket to fit it, but it has been there for 12+ years with no problems at all. It just runs for tyre inflation & I need to have the engine running (to make sure the voltage is up to it) & bonnet up to access the coupling. Rgs, Michael V. |
