Does having an airlocker affect which weight oil you run in your diff? I am fitting one today and need to go shopping first... ALso, are axle seals usually off the shelf? |

Nephew works at ARB Penriff, and reckons they use Penrite LSD oil in diffs they just fitted air lockers to. From memory I think it's 80w/90 |

I asked arb melb when I did mine they said to use what ever oil was rated for the diff originally. so I guess 80/90w is the go if its a zook |

BAH!!! Guess who installed the diff centre without checking which flange it has? Correct, me. Now I have to replace it with a WT one tomorrow - Hopefully I can get the locknut back in the right spot... |

I have no option, either I change the flange or I miss work on tuesday, so flange it is. If the backlash or preload (can't remember which) isn't spot on, will it cause issues that could damage the airlocker, or just the R&P? |
