So I had an RDO today, and a bottle of vodka yesterday... Should have just changed my plans. It was a necessary evil as the tyres were getting ripped up and the metal was getting pulled progressively further down, compounding the problem. I think I'll live with it for a while and see how much I hate my work. ![]() The gap between the outer guard and the flare is about 3mm, i over cut the outer and under cut the inner... I might go back to Clarkes Rubber and get those proper flexy flare jobs and screw it into the inner and cut the bent shit out. 7000 k's on the clock and im cutting into body panels... I think I went full retard. |

![]() ![]() passenger side was a bit neater, problem mainly came from previous guard work done at Pirahna, they'd replaced 50% of the inner liner with steel so it made it difficult to get all nice and flush |
