Hey guys I am getting lockers fitted and need to fit my compressor, I have one of the little ARB locker only compressors.

Just wondering were others have fitted them in the sq625 2.5??

I have dual batteries so no room on that side of engine bay and snorkel and abs don't leave much room on drivers side???

I have actually had that thought myself. Heaps of room back there and a few nice spots to plumb an outlet.

I have mine under drivers seat but its the tyre inflation one, makes no difference i suppose just run a exhaust kit off

Mine is under the bonnet next to the brake booster.

Why no good under bonnet?

The "under bonnet heat soak" means that the compressor will already be hot when you start airing up, so it will reach it's thermal cut off point that much sooner.

Mine has never cut out... No problems at all.

I've got a smallish twin piston pump between the ABS valve block & strut brace - took a bit of jiggery pokery to make a bracket to fit it, but it has been there for 12+ years with no problems at all.
It just runs for tyre inflation & I need to have the engine running (to make sure the voltage is up to it) & bonnet up to access the coupling.
