Suzuki use 2 model naming codes.

There's SJ40, SJ50, SJ70, SJ80 ect which correctly refers to the actual model of the vehicle. In your case, SJ70 = widetrack leaf sprung Sierra (though some SJ50s were widetrack but they're very rare).

There's also SJ410, SJ413, MG410 ect. This code uses the model of car for the first 2 letters (SJ=Sierra MG=Maruti Gypsy), the first number is the number of cylinders and the last 2 numbers are the capacity of the engine.

So yours is both an SJ70 and an SJ413. SJ70 is more correct though. SJ50s and SJ70s (both SJ413s) share most parts anyway. Whilst an SJ80 is also technically an SJ413, most sellers wont use that name as a lot of parts are very different.

Just to confuse things more, in some countries Sierras were badged as SJ413s but not for their whole life. Guys from the US tend to call SJ50s SJ413s and SJ70s Samurais even though both are SJ413s.

The G13a is probably from an SJ50 (or a swift/barina ect). It doesn't really matter for ordering parts as all the carby G13s in RWD form share almost all components.
