You just need a new shift sheet - $6 from most spares places. To do the twin stick mod you need to split the Tcase... |

Why do you need to split the TCases? Afterpushing and spinning the holder the stick pulls out. (I did this about a year ago now so i could be wrong) but with a grinder and some steel i could make one up without having to split the TCase |

I just fitted the twin sticks from lockt up a week or so ago and yes you do have to split the case to remove the detent ball. This separates low/high shift shaft to the 2wd 4wd shafts. Its not a big job to do just take a bit of time and patience especially when bending the sticks and welding them on. Been out 4wdrivng all weekend and I have to say if you have a lockright in the front it makes it a breeze. You would be surprised where you get in 2wd low |
