Been down the Jap rabbit-hole for along time now.. And been digging up some very interesting bits for the Coily, and just wanted some opinions on how worthwhile it'd be trying to get them, and if there are other, less jap alternatives. First up, 4L reduction gear: Same 4H gearing (1.320) 4L Stock: 2.123, 59STAR: 3.382 ~ 59% reduction! Next, Official Recaro Seat Rails: ![]() Supports a wide range of their seats, unsure of final dimensions once fitted. G-TRAC PROFESSIONAL LSD (Rear), G-TRAC PROFESSIONAL LSD (Front): Pretty sure these are the only ones produced worldwide, obviously no idea how good they are, but like numerous other things here, made by the premier Sierra / Samurai / Jimny workshop in Japan HD Trailing Arms (Rear), HD Trailing Arm (Front): Pretty self-explanatory. And finally, all this crazy suspension: ![]() A very comprehensive 3" lift kit ![]() Crazy A-Frame kit ![]() 5 Link kit 8 Stage adaptable shocks, ~ 2.5" Anything seem worth the effort? |

Just use sierra case with many reduction options Save the $$$ you would spend on a kit and get a start from scratch setup using wt sierra diffs/lockers ect... custom fabbed up |

Yeah keeping the same high range with only 3.3 gears seems a waste of time. Especially when you consider how cheap 4.16s are for a WT case. Seat rails, possibly. It would depend on the exchange rate but I can't see many coily owners dropping near 2k on genuine recaros and rails |

What site or where did you find these parts. I'm chasing a crazy A frame kit and extended or adjustable trailing arms. |

All those headings are links which take you straight to the site. I don't think I'd be all that interested in a "crazy A frame" for the rear of a coil sierra. The rear end already has insufficient roll stiffness. The only advantage I could see from converting to an A frame might be a raised roll centre, but that might have negative on road effects. |
