vitara one fits nice (though there are 2, I am sure I used an auto one but cant remember) I welded tabs to teh front crossmember for the lower mounts to sit on and new brackets to fit to top mounts, vit fan and shroud, sierra hoses all lined up nice |

Before you spend big bucks putting in a bigger radiator ask yourself some simple questions like WHY!!!!! every other sierra out there works well with the factory radiator. what is different about yours? Have you had professionals examine the radiator for overall condition? Have you had the radiator cleaned out prfessionally by having it removed from the car and tanks removed and cleaned out? Have you had the engine block power flushed? Have you had the engine checked for blown head gasket by using hydrocarbon test strips that will indicate if hot gases are being pumped into the cooling system? Have you had the thermostat tested? Have you had the temp guage tested? Have you fitted anything that may be interfering with the airflow through the radiator? Most of these questions can be answered for free by simply going to a radaitor shop and saying "My car overheats when I blah blah blah". Now if you just want a bigger radaitor cause you think you need one you can get a three row core instead of the standard one or you may go to a later model alloy radaitor which has better thermal dynamics cause of the different metal BUT is subjective to different problems than the standard brass one. Let us know what you need/want it for and let us help you find the best solution for your prediciment |

The reason why i am after a bigger radiator is because i have got a 5K motor in at the moment and the radiator is too small the cool efficently for the bigger motor. I have got a 12 inch thermo fan which keeps it cooler but it still runs a little hot. |

So you have no engine fan at all? Have you looked at the standard radaitor for the 5k? will that fit? just a suggestion also royce did have some great success with his vitarda radiator in his sierra. was a good fit. Pity he didn't take any pics of it |
