has anyone attempted to fit the 110amp EL falcon alternator to a G16B jimny ? my worry is that there is talk it's a tight fit back to front & the G16B has a modified engine mount to fit (Baleno engine).

any help/advice appreciated.

A Falcon alt does fit with the engine mount from my Jimny 1600 adaptor kit fitted.

I can't remember who it was, but someone on here fitted a G16B to their Jimny with my kit and then fitted the Falcon alt with no problems. It was close, but did fit.

thanks ben, watermouse has said he managed to get it to fit so touch wood i'll be able to make it work also as i've got an alternator now.
