As title states, just put in a used transfer with 6.5's. Put gear stick into 2wd and holds fine. Between 4wd H L its very sloppy and it doesn't hold in either gear, like it doesn't click into gear. Before I pull it down, anything obvious I should be looking for or seeing. The gears themselves seem fine. |

It's prob just the bush. Get one from Bruce or wait a couple of weeks and we will have some in the AZ shop |

Currently got the same problem, got new indent balls through SuziStore. I've got a small breakdown but doesn't show this end, and the workshop manual I have on pdf doesn't show transfer case breakdown, would anyone have a copy for SJ413 to show the front of the case please ? edit : part numbers where : 06111-10003G BRG BALL DETENT 7.9mm - need 3. 06111-12004G BRG BALL DETENT 9.5mm - need 1. Thanks. |
