took the gv for a trip to melbourne last week to have Sandy at aus4wd fit a 3 inch satin black powder coat stainless snorkel.

I'll let the pics speak for themselves but I'm wrapped with the results

I personally prefer it black rather than patrol-spec polished stainless. It looks much better, I reckon.

That said, I also tend to prefer when the lines of a snorkel match the angles of the A-pillar, too :?

I love how it comes oit of the guard but i cant help but not like how it doesnt follow the a piller....

it couldn't follow the pillar on the exact same angle without hitting the aerial on the roof, or being so close to the roofline that it would suck up water that ran up the windscreen.

Wow thats a huge cut in the guard! And yet the plastic and fibreglass ones miss the aerials.

Black always looks better i rekon, less big rig spec.
