What should I start with? Replacing springs and shocks first or doing the bushings first? Will I need a press to get some of the old bushings out or are there DIY ways to do it? I've see some land rover guys do clever things but want some Zuk guys imput.

Don't need a press, best way to do it is take the rear shocks off and either flex it up and take one spring out at a time and swap in the new ones or do them both at the same time with a jack. For the front, undo both top strut mounts and jack the front up with a high lift jack (I go off my steel bulbar) but could just go off the crossmember behind the stock bumper if you don't have a strong bull bar. then once its up swap over the struts and springs and you're done
