I have a sierra with a Gti motor fitted MK 2 (approx) fully rebuilt. It was running ok until my crank gear came loose and stopped. After that came undone I had it fixed by a local mech and the car ran ok but still not right. Now the car runs good when it runs but it occasionally stops on me for no reason. I can drive it for ages and it doesnt stop. or I can drive it to the shops and it stops on me. When it stops...... I just turn the ignition off and then start it again and it fires up and drives fine straight away. When it stops its like it just completely cuts off but will start again straight away. Could it be a sensor? Crank angle sensor or a cam angle sensor? I need help...... Help me auszookers your my only hope. I have had a few auto elecs look at it and come up with nothing..... any clues or ideas welcome., |
