I know its possible just wondering if anyone has any info on building a sierra/mseries box to use behind a m series motor in a sierra. Im led to believe you need to use parts from a vvt, non-vvt and sierra box ???

I asked Brian about this a while back when i was looking at doing the head gasket on my g16. I was weighing up going m15 instead. Cost was my deciding factor in fixing the G motor... But Brian has done it with 2 or 3 other cars i believe??

Hes only done the one i know of, keeps the how to pretty closely guarded. I know nick who owns the m15 car they built quite well but big ask to pull his box apart to figure out whats going on

M18 is appealing

M18 is VERY appealing, but M15 are way more prevalent (cheaper) and still more power than g16.

M15 might have more power on paper but the torque dilivery makes them drive slower. Side by side g16 wins easy
