Hi All.

I know ive been asking a lot of questions on this site and appreciate all the feedback.

Ive done a search on this but cant fine anything.

Im going to be installing a weber on my g16a in my Sierra and was wondering which of the 2
outlets on the fuel pump do I use and where do I plumb the other?

Also do I just block off the fuel return line?

Thanks in advance and appreciate all the help i've received here.

Chris.

Hey!!

I'm not familiar with the G16A sorry but I do run a Weber on a G13BA.

I don't think you'd need to block off the fuel return line, there needs to be somewhere for the fuel to go when the needle valve closes off.

Not sure I can help with which output to use. Perhaps install a T piece and run both into the Weber inlet?

There is only 3 fuel hoses on the pump - inlet from tank, return to tank, outlet to carby. A small hose without a barb on it is a vent and shouldn't be connected to anything.

Hi.

The g16 has 2 outlets, I believe one is for the primary and one for the secondary on the Mikuni

Of that be the case (and I don't know that pump specifically) I'd connect them both by T piece
