So .. we have ground to a halt with regard to getting Zook 1 to fire up it's new 1600efi.. Number 3 and 4 are firing but 1 and 2 aren't. They all have constant 12v and all have earth until you crank it then 1 and 2 no longer get earth signal to operate the injectors....any thoughts ????????
We have used a test light to confirm this...could this be caused by the timing being out by 180 or something like that.. no hurry.. we'll just sit and wait for a reply.... lol....heeeelp..

Yehaaa... Zook 1 lives... The timing was out.. We had fitted the new timing belt using what looked like the usual timing marks however for the EFI engine the top pulley had to have the "E" timing mark at the top .. Once we had taken the belt off and re-positioned the top pulley it started straight away. Number 2 injector is still not firing but at least it starts easily and runs ok for a 3 cylinder zook...
Had enough excitement for one night . Will put it all back together tomorrow and investigate why #2 is not working...
